1. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. During holidays, promotional periods, or unusually high order volume, processing may take up to 5 business days.

2. Estimated Delivery

Standard shipping to supported United States destinations is generally estimated at 10–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by destination, carrier operations, customs, weather, holidays, regional restrictions, or other circumstances outside our direct control.

3. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before an order is submitted. If a shipping promotion applies, its qualifying conditions will be displayed on the website or during checkout.

4. Fulfillment and Shipping Origin

Depending on inventory availability, product location, and delivery destination, orders may be fulfilled through our facilities or designated fulfillment partners. The shipping origin may therefore differ from our registered business address.

5. Tracking

Tracking information will be provided where available after an order has been dispatched. Carrier systems may require additional time before the first tracking event becomes visible.

6. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. If an address needs to be corrected, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment or carrier handoff has begun.

7. Delayed, Lost, or Unusual Tracking

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, your package appears to be lost, or another delivery issue occurs, contact us with your order number.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact customer service so the delivery information can be reviewed.

8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Where import duties, taxes, or customs charges apply, responsibility may depend on the destination and applicable law. Any charges collected through checkout will be shown before payment where applicable.
